After dynorod came out and left after 10 minutes I called the housing company who sent out clearway, after half an hour they cleared all the blockages up and did a fantastic job of it. Can't fault the 2 lads that came out. Thanks 👍

Absolutely shocking service. This company was hired by Yorkshire Water to come out and assess a sewage problem at my property. The engineer arrived, had a brief look at the issue, then went back to his van and sat there for THREE HOURS. No communication, no updates, no explanation — nothing. After sitting in the vehicle for all that time, he simply drove off without knocking on the door, without explaining what was happening, and without saying whether the issue had been resolved or even reported. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is the standard of contractors being sent out by Yorkshire Water, it’s unacceptable. When you’re dealing with a sewage problem, it’s not something that can just be ignored. Customers deserve proper communication and actual service — not someone sitting in a van and disappearing without a word. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Terrible communication, zero accountability, and a complete waste of time.

Had a blocked drain at my business. Called several companies and only Clearway got back to me. They did exactly what they said they would, sent a truck the same day, and had the drain flowing again within an hour. The lad who came out was a proper grafter and a credit to the company. Highly recommended

Used this company when we had a blocked drain and I can’t recommend them enough, the staff go above and beyond, very reassuring and helpful, they came out the next morning and fixed the issue, I’ll definitely be recommending them to others in the future !

I had the waste pipe, originally installed by the builders during the new extension project, rerouted after experiencing multiple blockages. I was highly impressed with the professional customer service and workmanship throughout the process. Thank you!

The work was completed to a very high standard and they cleaned up totally when they left. The guys were friendly and polite and made every effort to create as little mess as possible. The work was completed promptly and the quotes were reasonable and adjusted when some work was not required. I would recommend them absolutely.
