The two guys who did the job for my elderly Mum were amazing. So kind, friendly and helpful. Explained everything fully and cannot give them enough praise. It wasn't a pleasant job so huge thank you to everyone and the lady on the phone was super friendly too.

Callum came out to us within 15 minutes on a Saturday evening and got on with unblocking my very blocked toilet. He was brilliant and very friendly. Had us up and running again within a few hours! 5* to Callum.

We called Rescue Jet to attend a blocked drain at our business premises and they were straight around (like within 20 minutes), unblocked it , cleared up then left with minimal disruption to our team. I know they won’t always be able to get round that quickly but was mega impressed and will definitely use them in the future 👌

Can’t thank rescue jet enough. Had a severely blocked drain which was even flowing into the garden. My dad sorted this for us whilst we were at work. He was full of praise for the lady on the phone who was extremely helpful. They came within the hour and sorted our drains straight away! what life savers.
