My kitchen drain was blocked, no amount of drain cleaner helped as it seemed to be blocked with rubble- made sense as lots of building work done over last couple of years. Did an internet search and the add that stood out was a one describing drain problems in my area of Spondon. Made the call and Callum said he could come out straight away. Perfect. He lifted the man hole covers and using a special pressure washer was able to create a small hole. He worked manually and removed fatty rubble which made the water flow- such a relief. He was really diligent in his work and tidied up very well. I would recommend him to anybody needing help with a blocked drain. His charge was very fair so a happy customer.

Totally professional service from start to finish...cannot recommend highly enough. Callum was on my doorstep less than an hour after initial phone contact. I explained the issue, he quoted a figure which was entirely reasonable and which I accepted. He was able to start work immediately and within a couple of hours I had an unblocked, fully working drain again. I noticed that my drain had got clogged up with various bits of leaf and plant matter and decided I needed someone to come and have a look at it for me. I contacted Callum at Derby Drainage Services through his website and he called me back promptly and discussed my issue. He gave me a quote over the phone and offered to come out and check that the service he'd offered was the right one. He came out, had a look and told me the price was correct. He cleaned the excess leaves and then jet washed the drain ensuring that it was running clear. He also gave me advice on some covers that would help prevent future build-up. He was prompt, polite, friendly and efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Next time I have a drainage issue, I've got my go-to guy.
