Dragon Drainage Solutions

Dragon Drainage Solutions is a family-run business based in South Wales. It serves residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The company covers Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, and all surrounding areas and valleys.

It offers drain unblocking and maintenance, including toilet and sink unblocking, high pressure water jetting, CCTV investigation and surveys, home buyer drainage reports, insurance claim assistance, insurance repair work, excavation and repair, patch repair installation, full length liner installation, rodent infestation services, root intrusion and removal, pipe re-rounding, pitch fibre pipe rehabilitation, manhole rehabilitation, new sewer and drainage installations, new sewer connections, and robotic cutting.

Households, pubs and landlords around Cardiff have called on Dragon Drainage Solutions for blocked drains, backed-up toilets and garden drainage, and the accounts share a consistent picture. Rob is the name that recurs, often alongside Coren, with customers describing both as friendly, polite and willing to explain the problem as they work. Reviews time and again mention that a call was answered directly and that someone arrived the same day, then stayed with the job for over two hours without a word of frustration. Pricing is described as fair or well below quotes from nationwide firms, with no hidden extras appearing afterwards.

The work itself is called thorough: blockages cleared, camera surveys used to show damage to underground pipes, manholes re-rendered and a new section of pipe fitted. Tidiness features as well, including clearing debris and swept-up mess left on a patio after a manhole overflow. A recurring theme is the willingness to return for follow-up repairs, with one customer noting that a quote is being sent to a landlord for approval. The family-owned character of the business is mentioned, and the combination of prompt attendance, clear explanations and tidy finishes is what the feedback keeps returning to.
