Drain clearance sits at the heart of what Drainclear Leicester Ltd provides, and the feedback gathered from customers describes a dependable father-and-son operation. Pete Sr and Pete Jr are both named, with reviewers recalling how one took the initial call and the other attended to put matters right, on one occasion the very next day.

Several accounts highlight how swiftly blockages were shifted, one within half an hour and another inside an hour, and how the area was left clean and tidy once water was flowing freely again. A theme running through the feedback is pricing seen as fair and reasonable for the work carried out, mentioned alongside the quick turnaround. Customers also value the knowledge and professional approach shown when a leak was located and repaired, and the friendly manner in which questions were answered.

The response was prompt, with an engineer arriving shortly after the call, and the firm is credited with sorting a stubborn blockage that a plumber had been unable to clear. Word of mouth brought further work their way, with one job arriving on a plumber's recommendation. Pete Sr's handling of the enquiry and Pete Jr's follow-up work are both singled out, as is the tidy finish left behind after the repair.
