INSTADRAIN

Insta Drain is a drainage and groundwork specialist based in Hebburn, with over 15 years of industry experience. It serves a 20-mile radius from its Hebburn base, working with homeowners, local authorities, housing associations, and contractors. The team consists of fully qualified, seasoned professionals and uses state-of-the-art CCTV survey equipment and high-pressure water jetting units. The company is inspired by military-grade principles of service.

It specialises in trenchless technologies such as drain relining and patch lining. Insta Drain provides blocked drain unblocking, high-pressure water jetting, CCTV drain surveys, no-dig drain relining, drain excavation, drain repairs, drainage groundworks, and clean water supply leak repair. It does not operate large vacuum tankers and cannot provide septic tank emptying, cesspit desludging, or large-scale municipal gully emptying.

Blocked drains, backed-up waste pipes and CCTV surveys are the services that recur across the accounts, and Jamie is the name that appears throughout. Reviews time and again mention how quickly he responds, with one caller describing an arrival within fifteen minutes and another noting that he attended the day after a holiday despite being away. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is his diagnostic approach: rather than clearing only what is visible, he is said to trace the underlying cause, whether that involves sewerage smells, a suspected leak beneath a floor or a stubborn main waste pipe.

A number of customers describe the thoroughness of the CCTV surveys, which they say are followed by a written report confirming what was discussed on site. Tidiness and fair pricing also feature, together with the removal of rubble the following day. His manner is consistently described as polite, friendly and approachable, with nothing treated as too much trouble, even in cold weather or after appointments had been rearranged. Customers speak of the relief at knowing flooding or further damage has been averted, and of clear explanations given before and after the work, with his team mentioned alongside him.
