JM Drains

Jason and his colleague are named directly in feedback from Birmingham customers, and the pattern across those accounts is a job seen through from the first call to the finished repair. A back garden manhole that had blocked and begun to overflow was attended within the hour, and the blockage was cleared without trouble, with the ground left clean and tidy afterwards. A separate recurring problem, a foul smell rising from the drains, was investigated by camera survey, which identified damage to an underground pipe; the pipe was then repaired and the odour disappeared.

More than one customer describes the pricing as straightforward and easy to accept, one noting that the figure quoted was lower than any other they had obtained. Politeness and efficiency are mentioned in the same breath as the standard of work, and punctual arrival comes up more than once. Faults are hard to find in the accounts, which dwell instead on a swift response, careful workmanship, a tidy finish and a courteous engineer who leaves the drainage working as it should. The range of work described covers emergency unblocking, camera inspection of pipework and repair of damaged sections.
