Phoned and left message they got straight back to me and was at house within the hour. Found and cleared blockage and I was kept informed at every stage. Very reasonable cost especially considering time and day of call out. I Was expecting more than double the cost based on a previous time with another company. I would not hesitate to use again if needed and highly recomomend.

This is the second time Keil has come to my rescue! I left a message and within an hour he was round at my house fixing my blocked toilet...he's brilliant! He always cleans up after himself and is very clear on what the problem is and how he is going to fix it....would definitely recommend him!
Would recommend KL Drainage and use them again if (hope not) we needed a drainage specialist. I would say he went above and beyond to help us get to the bottom of our flooding problem. Hard grafter and tidy too. Thank you.
