Ben was my engineer and he is 10/10 at his job - and incredibly kind! Couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was to fix. I would never use another plumbing company if I live in an area these guys will travel to. I also found out they are a family run business & I love that. Thank you so much!

Hi I had problem with my Kitchen sink blocking, 2 plumber came to do different company couldn't solve the problem. This company with in minute sort out the problem fix time and price. So happy with service. I would give more than 5 star. Thank you

Very prompt, friendly and efficient service. Dealt with a blocked outdoor drain the day after I called them. Ben was very efficient, immediately identified the problem and cleared the blockage. Absolute life saver!
I had groundfloor patio flood . 2 other reputable drainage experts , which faffed around to find tryimg to locate a manhole cover which serviced the building . After spending 1 1/2 hours trying to lift a manhole cover not associated to building , they left suggesting i get water pumped out first ( £1800 for 2 hours for a tanker note :. I used a 60 £ amazon submersible pump job done.) . At this point i was nearly 2k down with no resolution. I nearly gave up . London Drains Direct , told me straight that due no manhole cover, that a new gully had be installed so they could hydro jet to be sure to clean blockage. I agreed . They installed , hydro jetted to clear ( only proper solution), then use a cctv camera to determine pipe run and condition..they located the manhole cover using a " wand ".it was buried and covered by floor boards in groundfloor flat hallway. At last i find the cause and pipe run. Highly recommended with their honest opinion unlike the 2 hour mechants out there. Plus FIXED costs for job. 5 stars from me
Would not recommend. Work was done in a feverish rush to be out. The machine could not access parts of the pipe that required cleaning (too many bends) and no alternative option provided. In the process of doing the work the manhole drain cover outside (which was old and rusting around the frame) was pulled out of place. It could not be put back safely and as a result I am now in the process of having to replace the frame, lid and concrete at my own cost.
