They booked us in quickly and provided us with the report in 2 days. Communication was very good. We spoke with Kevin and emailed Matthew; they were both so incredibly kind and helpful and couldn’t have done more for us. We would definitely recommend. We will likely use them for the repairs of the drains.
Very nice men came and did the job would even in this hot weather a very good job done clean up after them very helpful a job well done from them both
Hi, I wasn't actually at home when Metro Rod called, but I would like to say thank you for coming out so promptly and thank you for getting Severn Trent water onboard! For years o othis problem has been inefficiently dealt with by Leicester City Council and we had to get them out every few weeks. It has now been thoroughly investigated and dealt with properly, so hopefully it has been resolved for a much longer period!
Every time I've used Metro Rod they have been quick to respond and always done a professional job.
If there is 0 star I will give Their staffs/engineers are shared with the other company. Yesterday I found one company (different company) recommended by landlord and the man said £460. Then I follow google map AD find Metro the office said £110+vat per hour as minimum fees and they guaranteed after 1 hour to let me know how long it will take like more 30 minutes or 60 minutes. I made an appointment today morning. It is funny the engineer is in the same yesterday( the other company) and he checked 1 hour did not do anything help me to unblock drain. And let me pay £110+VAT. I said it is totally different to yesterday your office told me. I want to unblock the drain and the quote. He said he doesn’t have any tools that are in the other team. It is funny. And he said will be back to office to give me quote and next time I will pay £110+VAT again to start. They don’t help me do anything and let me pay money. I have to use google map again to find the third company. Only £120 helps me solve this small problem. It is true experience . Hope it can help the other customers to make the choice.
Very pleasant operative who tried everything he could. He has had to arrange a second visit using a camera. It took his time tried everything very pleased with his effort but unfortunately it's blocked again The Guys returned and have cleared the problem to an extent More work is required but Metro Rod have to verify this With Leicester City Council
Jamie called when on route as requested and arrived on time. Diagnosed the issue quickly and sorted out the drain issue promptly. He was very polite and friendly. I'm very impressed with the service
