What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Coventry households relying on Midlands Waste Water Servicing describe a service shaped by patient explanation and dependable scheduling. Reviewers name Ian directly, noting the time he takes to talk through problems and offer guidance even when a homeowner admits to having very limited knowledge of how a treatment plant works. A theme that recurs across the accounts is the professional standard of the result, with the work described as excellent and the cost felt to be competitive. Punctuality is another point that comes up repeatedly, including one visit where Ian arrived exactly as arranged and the tanker followed shortly afterwards to empty the system at the same time as a first annual service.

The internal chambers of the unit were washed down thoroughly during that appointment, and the split arrangement for settling the tanker's invoice was made clear ahead of the work. Reviewers value the readiness to organise extra elements of a job and to explain each stage in plain language, alongside the helpfulness shown when questions arise during the visit. The expertise displayed on residential sewage treatment plant maintenance, and the care given to a smaller domestic job, are mentioned with particular appreciation.

Small residential job. Ian was a pleasure to deal with, taking the time to talk us through the issues & offer advice as we had very limited knowledge. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Brilliant, do not hesitate! I contacted Midlands Waste Water Servicing to service my Sewage Treatment Plant which is a year old and needed its first annual service to comply with regulations. I spoke to Ian who was really helpful and also said he could organise the de-sludge at the same time and I pay the tanker company separately. Today Ian arrived on time and the tanker arrived 15 minutes later. He thoroughly washed down the internal chambers to make sure they are clear and cleaned and checked the air diffuser. The compressor has been checked and moved a little to make it quieter. The pumping station has also been cleaned and checked and tested. Everything left clean and tidy. Ian seems very knowledgeable on all sorts of systems so worth a call to see if he can help. For just £120 for a service this was cheaper than other quotes and I like the fact Ian is local so I could call on him anytime. Well done... cracking service, highly recommended.
