Very poor we paid £240.00 and they did not resolve the issue. I explained the problem fully before booking them and i was assured they were able to clear the problem. They spent 15 minutes here and we still have the same issue. The guy who turned up (very nice young lad) said we needed a plumber and I should get my money back as he should never have attended. Spoke with their local office and they could not care less and was told we could not get a refund as they had turned up. I have asked for our call to be listened to as you can clearly hear me explaing the problem and being told they can sort it but we never heard anything back from them surprise. If I could give 0 stars I would.
The workman was really nice listened to my issues and explained what needed done and tried to unscrew my toilet bowl unfortunately screws are so old nothing he tried worked hes the first to even suggest the blockage could be coming from the pipes in mine although previous workmen did everything to check and unblock outside pipes which were only a short fix Link Housing are really the cause of this 2yr issue possibly longer I'd definitely recommend Metro Rod for any drainage work hard working and friendly 😀
Although there were issues with the gutters and toilet and a week from hell once your team came and sorted everything out they were really nice and helpful thanks for all your work much appreciated 👍
Office notified me when engineer was en route. Professional and pleasant service, Tony made sure I was happy with everything before he left.!
