A representative came to our property to take on the job after a quote for a new treatment plant as our original soakaway had failed and it was a matter of urgency to get the job done. 3 weeks later no response or update on a quote but was promised a written quote within 5 days left us in the lurch after promising to look after the dire situation that we were in with no working septic tank they came recommended from Grif treatment tanks but after a 3 week wait we ended up giving the job to a company who responded as they promised stay well clear! full of eastern promise!
