Gareth and his assistant came to deal with a blocked downpipe. This pipe overflowed during heavy rain periods for over 10 years. I had the pipe unblocked regularly by companies using the power water jet systems, but these proved to be only temporary fixes. Gareth used cctv cameras to investigate the problem and found the root cause to be a displaced join under ground level. He removed the blockage in the downpipe and repaired the join then rebuilt the surface, leaving it looking neat and clean. Both men were very professional, and gave helpful advice related to drains. I would definitely recommend Gareth and his team to anyone needing solutions for issues with drainage.

Gareth first came to me 6 years ago to sort out a problem arising from my bathroom replacement. He went above and beyond then and worked into the evening to resolve the problem. I had no reservation about calling him when my toilet was blocked last week. He and Paul came that same afternoon and cleared the blockage. The problem had been with the main drain and he did a video of the drain and prepared a report for me to submit to Severn Trent making it clear that it was their problem. He also gave me clear guidance on now to contact Severn Trent and what to say as he thought they should reimburse me for his fee. That process worked very smoothly and I haven't been left out of pocket by the blockage. Gareth is a lovely person to work with and completely puts you at ease no matter how worrying the problem seems to be. I highly recommend him. Thank you Gareth.
Asked to do a survey on a property we are purchasing and turned out he had already done one for the seller. Instead of charging us again he simply asked the seller if he could share. Was very impressed. Nice honest bloke
