I called Simon to help me with a serious problem.When I flushed my upstairs toilet, this resulted in the toilet waste water coming out of the kitchen sink.He was soon at my house and diagnosed the problem quickly.I would definitely recommend Rapid Repair Draincare.
Simon was professional and friendly, and was patient in explaining the issue and providing advice on contacting Yorkshire Water about a shared sewer to prevent a re-occurrence.

Every single person who’s used him has been delighted with his efficiency, professionalism, and friendly, approachable manner. He gets on with everyone while getting on with the job. Simon and his colleague (sorry, don't know his name) did an excellent job on my drains yesterday. They were extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. They arrived on time and worked extremely hard, keeping me informed of everything they were doing. I would strongly recommend this company.
