Tc drains

TC Drains is a family-run drainage business serving both domestic and commercial customers. It provides drain unblocking, high-pressure jetting, CCTV drain surveys, root cutting, patch lining, and drain repairs. Its Leeds service area includes Wortley, Pudsey, Morley, Rothwell, Garforth, Kippax, Crossgates, Shadwell, Roundhay, Moortown, Cookridge, and Horsforth.

TC Drains follows a method of listening to symptoms, inspecting the drain, clearing the obstruction, explaining the cause, and leaving prevention advice. For patch lining, it typically performs a CCTV inspection before installing a resin patch. Gutter cleaning is offered in the York area only.

Rapid, well-informed assistance with stubborn blockages is the strand that runs through the accounts left for this Leeds drainage specialist. Customers describe ringing in a state of alarm and finding someone patient who talked them through the situation and offered guidance before any visit, and Tudor is named again and again as courteous, capable and neat while on site.

Reviewers highlight short waiting times, with attendance in some cases inside sixty minutes or by the next day, and work that clears backed-up toilets, main drains and the pipework joining them, using rods and pressure washing where a drain had backed up across a garden. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is that the figure quoted is the figure charged, one job being described as sensibly priced and below what had been quoted elsewhere.

Tidy habits after the job feature too, with driveways wiped down and garden plants left unharmed. Customers note that the pipes linking to the drain were inspected during the visit, that the trouble was sorted swiftly and calmly, and that they would call the firm again for drainage issues across their properties. Dependable guidance, arrival when promised and a complete clear-out of the blockage are what reviewers keep coming back to.
