Shocking service and customer service. Booked an emergency job was told 3 hours. Nobody showed up. Phoned the next day for again no one to show up. Customer service reassuring me someone was coming. Would not hire this company
My housing association sent a job to subscan for my blocked toilet/drain, they came the next day and unblocked the outside drain very quickly, friendly service. Ensured everything was working correctly before leaving

The technician who came and solved my drain issue today in LS10 was amazing, I had been so stressed about the situation and confused, he talked me through everything he was doing, did an amazing job cleaning up and actually (after 3 other people had tried) found the root cause of my problem and resolved. This guy deserves some serious recognition. Thank you.
My landlord passed a job to them and no one showed up. I'm a vulnerable person so needed my drain for shower done quickly. I only have a shower In my property and it's my only way of washing myself and also hair. Apparently they always leave til the morning. If you want a repair done quick. Don't go with them as you will be waiting for ages.
Anthony came out and sorted a drain blockage for us. Job done promptly, and even took the time to give us some follow up information. Recommended. Edit: Anthony recently helped us out again, coming out late at night in heavy rain to sort a problem. Great service.
