CDC came to clear a blocked kitchen drain. Ryan was absolutely fantastic. He tried every which way to get my sink unblocked. He was so respectful to my home. Used wipes to clean up after and explained every step of the way and what he was doing next. I would highly recommend CDC in a heartbeat. Reliable and trustworthy and if you get Ryan then you 💯 will not be disappointed. Total professional with real pride in his service. I wish there were more tradesmen with the same amazing world class service. 👏

Scott and Paul came out from CDC in about 30 degree heat… started working immediately and cleared the pipe in our kitchen which took about 45 mins and about 5 tools 🤗. Great experience. Paul and Rob attended and unblocked our drain after an abomination of a plumber managed to put the contents of an entire wheelie bin down there causing the drain to back up. Clear and transparent pricing too.

There is clear communication gap between what they commit and what they offer. Not at all happy with the service level and charges are high as compare services offered.

Quick service - it took not more than 10mins to unblock the drain. This would have been 5 stars except for the fact that it cost £102! When I booked I was told it was £95 per hour+VAT. What I wasn’t told at the outset was that this would be charged regardless of how long it took. So for anybody using these guys in the future beware! I am sure there are others out there that are more transparent.

I'm buying a house and the mortgage company wanted a drain survey. I found CDC to be quite difficult and unhelpful to deal with. I constantly had to chase them for communication and they did not follow up with me as promised. They also had the cheek to bill me £60 for turning up and refusing to do the survey. In the end I gave up and used Drains First of Horsforth. What a difference! Drains First were helpful and communicative and provided excellent service.

All the staff are brilliant from ringing up this morning and Scott comeing out this afternoon I would definitely recommend them and for keeping you informed all the staff a credit to the company
