Called them in without much hope of clearing a longstanding badly choked drain for my neighbour. Expected at best to establish an approximate route for a dig. They worked away with plenty of humour, and cleared it, much to my surprise. They then camera surveyed it as far as the (buried) intercepting trap, exposed the trap and ensured it was clear. At last, competent contractors who do what it says on the tin! I will have them back shortly to inspect my own drainage and our private road. 10/10 for competence and customer service!
TCF have helped us many times with our 120 year old building (with pipes the same age) and cleared many major blockages over the last few years. The guys are always friendly and professional, and are very reliable and experienced and get to the bottom of even the most complicated issues! They always leave the site clean and are a pleasure to work with. I feel very reassured to have them on my contact list for any plumbing/drain issues and wholeheartedly recommend them!
We had a major drainage issue that was impacting six different businesses in our industrial estate. The Choke Folk responded straight away and got the problem sorted quickly and efficiently. They worked cleanly and left everything spotless afterwards. Excellent value for money and a real asset to have in your contacts for emergencies like this. I’ve recommended them to others before, and it was reassuring to see first-hand how professional and reliable they are when you’re the one in need. Fantastic service!
Please move the van at the Junction between Auldfield Gate and Shawbridge Street!!!! You are causing an obstruction and you will cause an accident very soon. To park the Van there.. must be very irresponsible company
Excellent company. We had a blocked drain and they came out the same day. The guys were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.
I’ve used Jay and the team for over a year now working with different factors and they have been nothing but excellent. They always get to jobs in a timely manner and their reports couldn’t be anymore clear. Really recommend TCF for all your drainage needs!
Very prompt service, unblocking a drainpipe for me. Jay is really pleasant to deal with and very honest and up front. Obviously an expert in what he does and no hesitation in recommending his services. ⭐️
