The Drainage Company

Patient, helpful guidance is the thread running through feedback for this London septic tank and drainage specialist. Reviews time and again describe receiving clear explanations and practical advice, with one account noting that a member of staff named Jonathan took time to understand requirements and helped choose a suitable device despite limited prior knowledge of the products. When a muddled order arose, the same person went further than expected to put it right. The business is characterised as professional, responsive and good value, and customers report that queries and problems are followed up with effective communication rather than left once work is finished.

Support reportedly extends to sharing useful advice and links for tackling drainage or septic tank difficulties. A detail many reviews return to is the willingness to spend time explaining options and to remain contactable afterwards. Accounts indicate the work is handled without fuss and that issues are dealt with directly. Repeat custom for further drainage or septic tank work features as a recurring outcome, and Jonathan is singled out for the patience shown throughout.
