WARNING - DO NOT USE FOR DOMESTIC SEPTIC TANK EMPTYING!! I was foolish enough to fall for their pricing tactics (an exceptionally expensive mistake!!). They quote £145 plus VAT (£174) per 1000 Litres. All other local providers quote per 1000 Gallons (prices around £195-230 with zero VAT). The difference in price is C.4 times as much. To add insult to injury, they also charged VAT on a Zero Rates supply as per HMRC. I requested a refund of the VAT, which they are legally required to refund. I have had no refund or reply so will be notify HMRC of this potential significant issue. I must say the chaps that came out and did the work were very efficient. This review is a reflection on the company not it's workforce.

Excellent service. Initial phone call was answered very quickly by Alfredo who contacted his colleague engineers who rang me promptly and were on site within a couple of hours. It was not a standard drainage problem but Tyler and Raif made a thorough assessment and camera survey and listened and considered all aspects of the problem and gave advice as to what further work is needed. They even took off their boots whilst walking through the house without needing to be asked and were extremely polite and very helpful. Payment was easy and I was given the invoice copy for my records.

Excellent service ! Engineer here in less than 2 hours and the works compleated with no fuss. Great communication from Tyler, our engineer, letting me know when he was on his way, which is always helpful. He done a very professional job including an intense clean up after. As we have dogs this was very important to us. Thank you Tyler. I'll be booking in the CCTV next month.

The contractor was friendly and had just left the house. I am writing this review because he took several phone calls during the visit, which interrupted the work and extended the duration of the appointment. Unfortunately, this resulted in me paying for time spent on the phone rather than for meaningful progress on the actual job. The work was left inconclusive, and I was asked to agree to a follow-up visit to replace the gully. Overall, the issue was not resolved during the visit, and for this reason, I would not recommend this service.
