Fabulous service from A Better Service. Contacted them late last week after Pumping station service recommended it was emptied. Appointment made for today. Michael turned up at 8:30am & did a brilliant job. All my dealings with ABS have been 1st class. Thank you. 14/7/26 On my recommendation Michael turned up with the small tanker to help my elderly neighbours who were having difficulty getting their septic tank emptied. Very polite & first class service this morning & two very happy & relieved neighbours. Thank you again for a brilliant service.
A "Brilliant" Service, all round! Having phoned late, out of hours on Tuesday with a full septic tank, help was on hand and a tanker booked in for the following afternoon at a fair price. Checking revised phone details with the office at 7am the next morning was a pleasure with another helpful member of the team. Driver was excellent! Arriving as planned, on the then hottest day of the year, he negotiated our narrow drive with precision, avoiding the lawn and apple trees, completed the job cleanly and efficiently, and was great to deal with. 5 star service all round!! Guess who we're using next time.....!

Had an emergency over the bank holiday weekend where we needed our septic tank emptied. A Better Service were there when we needed them. They quoted me a fair price after another company quoted me nearly 3 times the price. I called on Saturday evening, they arranged to come out the next day. The driver Lee came at 4pm and had us all sorted by 4.30pm. He was an absolute professional. A Better Service got us out of a pretty stressful situation and I'm very grateful they were able deal with things so promptly, particularly on a bank holiday. Thanks so much to you all.
Great overall customer service. Very easy to communicate with the office, Louise was really helpful. On the day the engineer was polite, friendly and efficient. There was a slight problem with one of our tanks but the engineer took videos and explained it to me, the office were also helpful after the appointment to recommend someone to help with the repairs needed. We will definitely use them again.
