Andrew came out to unblock a drain for me today on the same day I reported the problem. He was efficient and professional as normal and gave good advice on stopping the problem reoccurring after he had unblocked it.As always,very recommendable for a job well done. Why go anywhere else ?

We were so grateful to find Andrew, we were in a rather messy situation where our septic tank pump had broken, so things got rather backed up and drains started overflowing, Andrew came out the same day empited our tank and diagnosed the broken pump, made sure we were all clear, amazing service, he also recomended another service to replace the pump who also turned up the very next day and replaced our pump. All round fantastic service.

We used AJ Parton to empty a septic tank for us at short notice and they couldn't have been any more accommodating. Polite, professional and on time. I would have no hesitation to recommend their services to anyone.

After 3 failed attempts to empty and clean our drains at our factory in Stoke from Dynorod and Severn Trent. AJ Parton arrived on Friday, and managed successfully to empty them. James found that the actual problem is off our site so this is now in the hands of Severn Trent. Highly recommend A J Parton.

Whilst I never had any services from A J Parton due to the distance, Andrew provided me guidance and support to try and help me with a house purchase and a septic tank survey. A J Parton were the only company willing to help me and I am extremely grateful. I would recommend this company solely for the fact they took the time to help knowing full well it wouldn't lead to work for them.

I cannot rate this firm highly enough. We were having problems with our drains and were told we needed our septic tank emptied despite having it emptied only 3 months ago by a different firm. Andrew was very helpful on the phone and fitted us in as quickly as possible because of the blockage. Andrew's son came and he was absolutely brilliant - I ended up calling him the Sherlock Holmes of the septic tank world! Not only did he empty the septic tank he then set about trying to find where the blockage was eventually laying on the ground and uncovering an inspection chamber under a hedge which nobody knew was there and which was causing the blockage. He had to cut away a small part of the hedge and dig up the cover which was covered in soil and grass. He did all this with a smile and good humour and he was determined to find the blockage. I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to what is not always a pleasant job! Very professional and couldn't be more helpful. Thank you.
