Blocked drain work in Manchester is the focus of Blocked Drains North West LTD, and Chris is the figure named again and again across accounts. Customers describe blocked drains caused by tree roots, with waste water rising in the wrong direction, and report that he reached the property promptly and dealt with the trouble thoroughly. One thing mentioned again and again is that his charges were described as fair and set out plainly before work started.

Reviewers value the explanations given about what was causing the blockage, with one noting that straightforward guidance over the telephone cured a drain smell and spared unnecessary spending. Repeat custom is a recurring theme, including from a Buddhist centre in the city, where he has attended on more than one occasion and pinpointed the source of each problem rather than applying a temporary fix. Customers also highlight tidy working, a thorough approach that deals with the root cause, help in liaising with a utility company on their behalf and quick, clear responses when the phone rings.
