DC Drains Ltd

D.C. Drains Ltd is a drainage company based in Belfast that specialises in drain unblocking. It uses high pressure jetting equipment to clear blockages including toilet and sink blockages and underground sewer and storm water pipes. It provides CCTV surveys to inspect pipework for defects such as broken pipes or encroaching tree roots.

It carries out property and garden projects including kerbing, flagging, decking and fence erecting, as well as cleaning gutters and cutting hedges. It offers free quotations. It has many years of experience in the drainage industry. It serves Northern Ireland, including Belfast, Lisburn, Londonderry, Newtownabbey, Bangor and Craigavon.

Prompt arrival and a personal touch recur throughout accounts of this Belfast drainage specialist, with Chris named again and again as the person who attends and resolves the problem. Customers in several reviews describe phoning in the morning and finding him at the property within hours, sometimes the same afternoon, and one records a blocked drain hidden beneath a layer of concrete laid by an earlier occupant being opened and replaced inside a single day. Reviews regularly refer to that Chris explains what is causing the blockage, shows the faults he uncovers and offers guidance on preventing complications later, with work often extending to problems the household had not previously noticed.

The finish is described as tidy, with the site cleared afterwards, and the manner as polite, honest and easy to deal with. Pricing comes up often as transparent and is called fair, in one instance considerably below other quotations obtained. Blocked drains and sewers dominate the accounts, among them a stubborn obstruction another firm had declined to tackle and which was cleared in under an hour. Reliability, clear communication and a readiness to handle whatever the drain presents run through the feedback.
