Christmas Day had a huge problem with septic tank pump not working. Got backflow of sewage and couldn’t flush toilet or run taps due to full drain ready to spill over. Was really worried about not finding anyone and also the expense. Harvey wasn’t at all fazed about coming out on Christmas Day. Nor did he quote some extravagant sum to totally ruin the day and make things worse. Did the job . Got on with it. No messing. Even came back the next morning ( Boxing Day) to finish it all. Didn’t charge me any extra. ! Has kept in touch to check it’s all ok and has even offered to swing by house soon and pump anything out that needs it , until a new one is approved by landlord and gets fitted. Really genuine friendly professional guy. Can’t recommend him highly enough. Nobody will do the job better I can’t imagine .
