People you can clearly trust! Phoned to get a quote to unblock a main sewer outside my house, straight away rather than trying to charge me a call out fee or quote for the job with an hourly rate the guy on the phone told me to ring Anglian Water as they might be able to do it for free, even then gave me their direct number to call. Just wanted to highlight what great service this is, clearly cares about the people he serves rather than lining his pockets!

I had a very difficult job of a stuck drain rod and blockage further up the drain. It was a very tricky and difficult situation that I feared we wouldn’t be able to sort. Chris came out early next day and with skill and determination retrieved the rod and unblocked the drain. I will not use anyone else, such a relief and very professional job.

Chris and Callum came to my aid with a blocked soil pipe. They were both excellent in their approach to the problem. Initially I had a national company provided by the insurance company - I won’t mention their name but sounded like Rhino Plod - the guy was astonishingly disinterested. As a result we contacted Drain Doctor Northampton, who couldn’t be more helpful. They approached the job professionally and with enthusiasm. I would, without doubt, recommend this company.

Outstanding! I honestly cannot recommend Drain Doctors enough - today I dropped my keys down a drain on the school run (it happens!!) & I’m so glad I rang them first. My partner was away & with no spares, my house keys on there & a flight to catch for a funeral next day I don’t know what I would have done. He was so friendly, calmed me down & arrived that quick that other people thought I knew him & got them straight out! Outstanding service! They offered to be with us within a matter of hours but were equally happy to arrange a time that suited us. The arrived on time; cleared the blockage extremely efficiently; took time to explain the issue and how it could be easily resolved in future; and took time to explain the boundary of responsibilities. All this while being compassionate and kind regarding a recent bereavement.
