Paul was on site at exactly the time he quoted (on a Saturday evening). He was meticulous and thorough in finding and dealing with not one but two blockages in my parents drains. All for a ridiculously competitively price. Highly recommended.

Calls were not answered, I had to chase repeatedly for updates, and after being told someone would come, nobody turned up. Poor communication..

I called on a Saturday afternoon and Paul attended within an hour or so. He diagnosed the problem which turned out to be the responsibility of Anglian Water and advised me to contact them. He later called me again to check the outcome which impressed me and demonstrated a high level of commitment - not often seen these days.

Came out late on a Sunday and great service. Very efficient making sure everything was working properly before leaving. Would highly recommend

Initially came out quickly for a blocked upstairs toilet but didn't have a jet or camera on his van, arranged for him to come back the next day but unfortunately couldn't be here to see what work was carried out, toilet seemed okay but 3 days later was blocked again, did not respond to text or voicemail. Finally got him on the phone 2 days later, arranged for him to come back next day with a camera, never showed, no communication and phone went to voicemail. Contacted another company who came out and sorted the problem quickly and who were more reasonably priced. Did then get a missed call from Dream drains 3 days after the no show and I would have had an unusable toilet for a week.

Excellent service. Quick response to our blocked drain. Found the cause and cleared the blockage within 30 minutes. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Paul was professional and his commitent to the task was very evident even though the hour was late. The drain blockage was efficiently cleared. He left us with great confidence of continued support should future help and advice be needed. I highly recommend "Dream Drains". They will be the first people I shall call for any future needs.
