At 1am still told me they were coming out so I slept by my full volume phone in the living room waiting for them. Did they come? Obviously not. When chased again in the morning said call the local branch at 9am which was seemingly someone else in the same buidling who told me no one works on the weekend so don't know why you're calling. Genuinely the worst customer service I've ever received.
Called and booked and they said would be with me that day on an emergency call out for double the price. Waited 45 mins to then be called by the engineer and be told they can not attend that day. Left waiting 45 mins further delayed because they couldn’t commit to the appointment they booked.
I would honestly not recommend these at all. We had a blocked internal soil pipe and called these out as a last straw emergency after not being able to get a plumber. We thought we were calling the pros here but what we got was someone come out, snake next doors inspection chamber and tell us he couldn't do anything else without coming out again with a plumber. Despite telling us he could get to our soil stack from our neighbours inspection chamber. This call out costed £225 (20 minutes he was here). They quoted an additional £335 to come out and remove a toilet and unblock from the inside! I called around and found someone local who came, removed a bathroom cabinet to get access to it and removed the blockage and put everything back together for £130, it only took two hours. He even showed the pipes to me on the camera and the blockage was quite far down and would have been accessible by the Dyno Rod engineer if he would have at least gave it a better try. He was very nice however didnt seem particularly worried that we had no toilet. I wish we didn't bother calling these, an expensive mistake. If you are reading this, please consider local experts as these will just try and rip you off.
For 5 weeks I have been backwards and forwards to Dyno Rod MANCHESTER. 2 managers & 4 engineers later I am still no closer to finding out what the problem is under my floor. They said they fixed the issue and haven't then closed my job!!!! I am 7 months pregnant with STAGNANT, SMELLY, UNSANITARY WATER, submerged in electrical wires under my floor. I have been left in such a hazardous environment and they do not care in the slightest about their customers. It is all about contracts and money. The staff in the office are complete jobs worths! Maybe if you cleared out the water at the end of "finding the problem" you would then know if you had ACTUALLY resolved it. Absolute clowns 🤡 Did you just guess at what the problem was? Utter laziness!
Part of honey plumb ltd Horrible customer service horrible company stay well away heather is a waste of time ,they cut a hole in our celing left the mwas everywhere and refused to fix it , spoke to 3 other plumbers that laughed when we shown them what Dyno rod had done scammers ,,,
Incompetent. Dudes came to check my blocked sewage pipe and charged over £100just for saying aw we didn’t find out where it could be.
Had a plumbing issue and have a Homecare policy via British Gas. Contacted Dynorod and was told they had no available appointments for a week. Had to fork out over £100 privately. Thank you clowns.
