Good communication from initial phone call and prompt service . We had only had tank emptied 3 weeks previously so obviously had a blockage somewhere. The guy who came was extremely helpful and although the issue appears to be the soak away he gave us sound advice and cleared the way for us to investigate further . Definitely recommend

I rung E.E .Bartlett Ltd after realising i needed Cess Pool emptying asap as toilet was backing up and i was looking at the next week with others , It could not wait that long . They ansered very quickly spoke to Ben he couldnt get me in same day but I could not believe my luck when he said he could come to me at 8:00 a.m. the next morning on the Saturday morning which I was extremely pleased with. But even better I saw a missed call from them on my phone ,i rang and he said hed had a short time he could of squeezed me in . so he did try to fit me in the same day . Anyway Ben turned up next morning very polite very helpful very efficient no messing about , and I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again .

Called up, they were super helpful on the phone. Provided an appointment only a few days later and sorted out the problem. They were honest, understood our issue and we felt we could trust them. We will definitely be using them again
