5.0 / 5 · 189 totalHaving had a previous plumber disagnose misaligned and cracked pipe joints I contacted Chris who arrived very promptly, did a thorough cctv scan and confirmed problem, also diagnosing possible shared drain. He and his colleague Craig came back to line the difficult fractures with resin sleeves, doing another full cctv scan before and after. It was a difficult job due to he angle of the joints but Chris was a real pro and charged a very competitive price. I'm very grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fresh Drains. Thanks Chris!
Chris what a hero. He came on a Friday night at 10pm within half an hour of us contacting him. We had a blocked drain that was over flowing, he cleared the pipes and checked all the drainage out to make sure it was functioning properly. He also gave us some insightful knowledge about how to look after the drains. Would highly recommend using him, very prompt at responding, lovely guy and fixed our issue. Couldn’t have asked for better service!
Chris was great from start to finish. He helped clear our drains and put us in contact with Thames Water to resolve an underground pipe connection issue. Would definitely recommend!
Chris is a life saver. We had trouble with a historic badly set-up drain from a sink in my daughter‘s flat a few years ago and Chris came promptly and spent a long time sorting it out for us, way beyond the call of duty. Recently, we had to use him again as it had blocked up again and he was there within the hour and solved the problem. My daughter is a Private chef, so use of her sink is very important. Cannot recommend highly enough, and I do very few of these reviews!
I can thoroughly recommend the services of Fresh Drains Limited who dealt with a nasty plumbing blockage for me today. I messaged the team yesterday and had an immediate call back. The communications were excellent, with all costs and terms clearly explained and a time confirmed for the next morning (which was perfect, as I was unable to use my bathroom). Chris from FD could not have been more helpful and keen to resolve the issues with little fuss. He is extremely professional and polite and mindful of costs and time for the customer. I think Chris went above and beyond to resolve my issues and was excellent throughout and made sure to clean away any mess and shared lots of helpful advice about ongoing maintenance. I am absolutely delighted and do not hesitate to give them them highest recommendation. Brilliant stuff!
Excellent service. Arrived on time, quickly identified the cause of the blocked drain and slow-draining kitchen sink, and resolved both issues efficiently. Friendly, professional and tidy throughout. Everything is now working perfectly. Would happily recommend and use again.
Superb service. Called him late on bank holiday Monday, dishwasher wasn’t draining and surface water wasn’t draining on patio. It wasn’t an emergency but he came round early next day and resolved the issues quickly and effectively. Highly recommend
