Brilliant communication when I requested a quote and arranging a date and time for my drain issue. He gave a fixed price and the booking was made. On the day he arrived bang on time and worked on fixing the problem, and then tidying up. So pleased I came across them and I would definitely recommend and use them in the future if needed. I honestly can’t recommend Jack enough. I was put in touch with him after a rat infestation to carry out a drain survey, and he got in touch quickly and had me booked in within 24 hours. During the survey, he found cracks in the drains under my house that could have caused much bigger problems if they’d been left. He came back the following week to repair everything, and the whole process was quick, efficient, and stress-free. His prices were very reasonable too. A genuinely great service from start to finish – I’d happily recommend Jack and his company to anyone.
Absolutely amazing service! Would give 6 stars if it was possible. Very friendly, polite service, came very quickly and diagnosed the issue and resolved it in record time, all for a very reasonable price! Also provided some tips for preventing the issue recurring in the future. Would highly recommend and would 100% use again!

We had an emergency issue with our garden and drains, and Jack at Glentek was fantastic.
