My wife contacted Hus for an emergency appointment on Saturday due to a blocked kitchen sink. He was very prompt in his response and went out of his way to attend within a 2-3 time frame. He was extremely professional, honest in his trade, very polite and well mannered - really top bloke who went out of his way to unblock our kitchen sink using all the different machines he came with. It was a stubborn blockage but he was persistent and really went above and beyond to make sure he could resolve the blockage. We are really pleased with his service but most of all, his very kind and respectful demeanour. Definitely recommend him, he has all the top equipments to ensure the job he does is of high standards!
Great service! He replied really fast after reaching out, told us what he was going to try to fix our blocked toilet (an something fall and got stuck) and what would be the next steps if that didn't work. He tried above and beyong until he got the object out! Very happy with his service and strongly recommend.
