Phoned Instadrain with a toilet drainage problem. Jamie arrived within 2-hours and quickly identified the problem. There was a blockage where our shared sewer line feeds into the main sewer, so the responsibility of Northumberland Water to fix. Great response, service and professionalism from Jamie.

Excellent service from Jamie today! Had a blockage in the main pipe and he managed to unblock it and put the camera down to see where the damage is. He sorted it very quickly and did a great job! Very friendly too! Highly recommended!

Jamie arrived very promptly, assured me that he would find the cause of my blocked drain (which lowered my stress levels considerably) and I am delighted that all is back to normal. The rubble was taken away the following day and it is a great relief to know that possible flooding has been averted.
