I cannot thank the team at Lanes Group, Derby enough! We realized two days before Christmas that our septic tank was full. After calling numerous companies who couldn’t help until January 6th, the Lanes Group Derby office was a lifesaver. From the very first phone call to the engineer finishing the job, the service was seamless, efficient, and highly professional. Best of all, they had the tank emptied within 3 hours of my initial call. They truly saved our Christmas—we would have been without toilets or showers over the holidays without them. Highly recommended! Thank you.

Initially it took quite a while to get a quote from the Derby branch, charged £180.00 for the visit to provide this quote. The job was done at a massively inflated price of £900.00, took less than 3 hours. Have had drain issues since, phoned on at least 6 occasions, always promised a call back, never got one, More recently emailed the company, still no response. Company seems to have big communication problems.

Very unprofessional, rude customers services. Avoid at all costs! Once they got your money they don’t want to know…

We’ve had a bad experience of this company. Engineer who came out massively exaggerated the issue verbally. The office promised to get back to us the same day with a quote as it was urgent. One week later we have heard nothing more. No report of the survey or problem, no quote for the remedial work and no receipt for the money we’ve paid.

Wow, what a wonderful service. Jake was absolutely brilliant and arrived very quickly. Absolutely first class from the booking at Lanes, to Jake sorting the problem. We are very grateful.
