Difficult blockage at our flat, also involving the flat next door. Metro Rod sent over Noel and Neal who spent hours diagnosing and fixing the problem - really solid job and lovely guys. Would definitely recommend.

Warren arrived promptly at the agreed time, dealt with the ghastly situation swiftly, and verified that the fix was successful with green disclosing dye. They will be the first company I ring should I ever face that horror again.

Appalling service. Scammers. Company workers are paid % of job which is charged hourly. Workers were caught on camera sitting around for over one hour before leaving site for an additional hour. Workers returned, charging for the three hours work. When this was brought to the attention of the office, we were transferred to offensively impolite and bad-mannered "Vicky John" who advised us that is 'normal practice' for her company to charge customers additional hours "if the boys need to fill up the water tank".
