The company offers drainage services such as drain unblocking, drain repairs and restoration, gutter cleaning, high-pressure water jetting, pipe lining and no-dig drain renovation, and pre-planned drain maintenance.

Blocked drains and recurring blockages are the problem that runs through the accounts left for this Edinburgh specialist, which also handles septic tanks, waste water and sewage treatment, gutter cleaning and water pump supply as part of its drainage work. A number of customers describe engineers attending when other firms had already failed, including one household where two previous attempts had not cleared the blockage.

Speed comes up repeatedly: a waste blockage reported to an insurer at nine in the morning was cleared by two in the afternoon, another blockage was dealt with in half an hour, and one call-out on a public holiday drew particular praise. Named engineers such as Tony, David, Conner, Lewis, Maxi and Oliver are singled out for explaining the cause of the problem before starting, jetting and draining flooded basements, and repairing downpipes damaged while a customer tried to clear the drain alone.

Reviewers also note that engineers check their work before leaving, tidy up afterwards and keep the site clean and safe. Telephone contact is mentioned as helpful and reassuring, with clear communication about what the visit would involve. Several describe engineers as friendly and approachable, and one long-standing customer comments that the same standard has been maintained across two separate visits.
