I would just like to say that Zacc who was the engineer who came today was first class. He was cheerful, very respectful , he had to remove plant pots and bark to get at the drain and put everything back as it was . I am non verbal as I do not have a voice box and he treated me with respect and was very good at lip reading me. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kye did a great job today unblocking our sewer! It has been blocked for 4 days and with an elderly Mother being a priority, endless phone calls later, Yorkshire water completely let us down! Kye arrived from Metro Rod and saved the day! I just wish we had met him on day 1 of this stressful situation. What an absolute superstar! Thankyou so much and for a thorough clean up as well. We highly recommend this man and the company to get the job done.
