After being let down by some local cowboys Josh came to the rescue. I rang him for advice Friday at 11am, the pump was in the post by 1pm and he even sorted out an engineer to come and fit the pump as soon as it had arrived at our house. We were very stressed by being let down by the other company but Josh took all this stress away and Roger the engineer was a lovely chap and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company. Thank you very much .
Used this company when building our self builds, we needed to pump rain water and foul waste up 3m and over a distance of around 20m, Josh couldn’t do enough for us and supplied us with everything we needed and guided us along the way as we didn’t have a clue, can’t recommend them enough, Still servicing our pumps today, first class service..
I'm the guy who rang around Christmas Day with a pump failure and you (The boss Josh?) rang back within 15 minutes! Just a quick email to say thank you for dispatching my order sharpish - I received it Monday this week! After 2 weeks of manually dropping in an emergency pump into my tank for 40 minutes every other day (The smell was horrendous!)
