Reading Drain Services

I called Neil of Reading Drain Services at 4.00 pm on Tuesday 21st July about a blocked toilet at the village church and he arranged to be at the property at 10.00 am the next morning. When I arrived at 9.50, he was already there and had scouted things out. After over an hour of really hard work flushing out and checking piping, he had sorted out the problem - a plastic loo-block holder stuck in the waste pipe. Excellent service from somebody who really knows his trade. I can't recommend him highly enough. Many thanks!

Neil came today to clear what turned out to be a big blockage. He spent most of his time in the pouring cold rain trying to get my manhole cover up in block driveway that was stuck down very tightly. It was stuck due to being very old and had rusted/welded itself to the frame. Neil didn’t give up and we are so grateful for his efforts where others might have given up or demanded we got that sorted independently before dealing with the drains. Once finally lifted he got stuck in and cleared the blockage in no time, cleaned up and explained how we had come to get this problem, which was very helpful to know for our peace of mind. Then once cleared spent the time to get his camera machine out to inspect all the way back through the drains on our property inspect and make sure the old pipes had not collapsed being a very old property. We now not only have an unblocked drain but are also now confident there is nothing else to worry about on our property. Top service, but more importantly a huge physical effort without complaint. Coupled with a friendly demeanour, we can confidently recommend Neil to anyone in need on an honest, hardworking and capable drain expert! Thanks again Neil.
