Phoned Red Arrow late on a Monday evening to help my elderly dad who was stranded in Whitby after dropping his keys down a drain! Red arrow was there within the hour, was helpful keeping me updated and retrieved the keys! Thank you so much. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding service. We were abroad with a blocked drain emergency back in England and called Red Arrow Drains who were at the house in 20 minutes on a Saturday. To hear them say "we will sort it" when your thousands of miles away was such a relief. Sorted the problem immediately and we can't recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding customer service. I chose them based on their Google reviews. I called at 3:15, she stated they were busy and usually finished at 5 but we're willing to work overtime without me having to ask, said someone will be there between 4 and 6, they arrived at 4:15. Instead of coming and knocking, they noticed Yorkshire water had started working on the streets main drain, The lady called me to say they were here, they think it's likely that it could be a Yorkshire water problem, We will SIT and WAIT here to find out, that way you won't get charged, unless it's not a Yorkshire Water issue. She then proceeded to give me plenty of advice on how to deal the situation if it happens again. They then left without charging me. Incredibly polite, upbeat and knowledgeable. I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to I haven't experienced this level of customer satisfaction in a long time, folks in Scarborough are generally miserable. 10/10 - will definitely use again and recommend to anyone

I have to say red arrows drains was fab very helpful the lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and had someone round within the hour! The gentleman was very warming and pleasant having a little banter with me he got the job done in about 15/20 mins he was done solved the problem. Very reasonable pricing very fair would highly recommend

Very prompt, exceptionally pleasant, friendly and informative. Aaron attended and cleared a blocked downpipe and trap at the front of our property quickly and very efficiently on what was not a particularly nice task. We had the need to call out Red Arrow Drains on a Sunday afternoon, the day before our holiday. They were there within the hour and proceeded to solve the problem in an efficient and knowledgeable way. They also took the time to give us the benefit of their advice for the future.
