Households dealing with long-neglected septic tanks and cesspools recur throughout the feedback for this Edinburgh-based waste management firm. Accounts frequently describe a process that runs smoothly from the first enquiry through to the completed emptying, with office staff such as Esther praised for booking jobs in quickly and keeping customers informed. Engineer Scott is named often for his thoroughness, his willingness to explain how a tank works and his readiness to go further than expected, including clearing a related pipe section that had not been part of the original request.

John is also mentioned for working briskly in torrential rain and for giving useful maintenance advice while emptying a tank. Punctuality, perseverance and a friendly manner come up again and again, as does the speed of response when a tank needs urgent attention. Customers note that access points hidden by overgrown grass were located without difficulty and that the crew handled awkward domestic situations with good humour. Praise focuses on tanks being emptied efficiently and the surrounding area left tidy, with several people saying they have already arranged for the company to return.
