Contacted them on email and got a reply withing 24 hours, shared some pictures and an explanation of the job on whatsapp and was emailed a quote within a few hours. Once the job was booked in the workmen arrived on time. I found them to be very professional, polite and tidy when working and they made sure everything was put back and made right where it needed to be, great attention to detail and quality in their work. I would highly recommend them.
It's quite stressful finding out that your main water supply is leaking and it's a lead pipe that now needs replacing. Our experience from start to finish with Waternains and Drains has been nothing short of exemplary. Working out the best route for the new pipe and a competitive quote. Hi I have just had to have a leak repaired on my driveway due to a massive spike in Water Pressure I contacted Watermains and Drains and they have fixed it This was not a straightforward leak in as much as I had a resin driveway installed on an existing concrete one so finding it was going to be hard but they eventually found it it using a tracer and moled a new pipe in The lads that did it were patient and professional so I would highly recommend them to fix any issues you have with mains and drains 5 stars

Professional as ever, on time, no mess and all work carried out within half day replacing the lead mains pipe on our property. Also moved the mains stop tap into the garage and capped old stop tap. I had two properties lead piping replacing. Overall the experience with WMD isn't all that great. They were responsive in getting the initial work done, completed within a few weeks and this initial work was done well. However after the work had been carried out, it was nothing but delayed email responses (if we got them) and not so great workmanship. Internal pipework wasn't completed to a good standard, more so to a 'it works' standard rather than, this is going to be seen we should make it tidy. Aim to get a plumber in after the fact to tidy up pipework and make it somewhat presentable if it can be seen in the property.
