Absolute Drainage

Absolute Drainage is a family-run drainage and plumbing company based in Manchester. The company has a combined industry experience of over 25 years. It covers a 100-mile radius from its office and provides emergency drain unblocking services across England.

Its main services include drain unblocking, drain repairs, septic and sewage tank emptying, CCTV drain surveys, and septic and sewage tank installations. It serves commercial clients such as high street restaurants, offices, and industrial premises. The company uses no-dig trenchless technology and offers a warranty on all drain services.

Absolute Drainage has earned a strong reputation in Salford for rapid, reliable drainage work, with customers repeatedly noting how swiftly engineers arrived once a problem was reported. Several accounts describe same-day attendance and a prompt return the following day to complete repairs, including jobs involving broken waste pipework and the removal and renewal of a cast iron soil stack. Feedback also covers cleared blockages, leaks traced beneath a patio, and excavation carried out externally rather than through a kitchen floor.

Named engineers including Chris, Matt, Steve, Adam and Alan are praised for explaining each stage, persevering with difficult investigations until the cause was identified, and tidying the site afterwards. One thing mentioned again and again is the quality of communication, with regular updates and supporting evidence such as recordings supplied before work began. Reviewers describe pricing as fair and settled beforehand, and highlight the persistence shown in resolving long-standing issues that other contractors had not fixed. The recurring theme is dependable problem-solving from first call to finished repair, with customers noting that drainage troubles affecting a property for months were finally resolved within a day.
