I called Anglian Drainage to request an inspection of what seemed to be a recurring blocked drain. Although not urgent an appointment was made to visit within a day. Jack was very polite and listened carefully when I explained the problem. He set to work immediately and efficiently and on completion of the very methodical and comprehensive CCTV inspection explained in detail the problem. Whilst the issue could not be resolved without more intrusive work at least he was able to assure and show me that the drains were running freely. Thank you Jack.

Booked these cowboys for a routine survey on a house purchase - agreed the time with the director and sent an email to confirm… and they didn’t turn up. Managed to get the seller to offer a new time but they didn’t even bother to reply to my email to let me know they can’t make the new time. Avoid this bunch of incompetents.

Phil came out within 20 mins of our call, cleared our outside drain within 10 mins! Anglia water said they couldn't do it for 4 days! This man was an absolute angel, very professional, very friendly and highly recommended!
