We had a blocked drain with water starting to back up. Paul responded quickly, cleared what was a huge tangle of tree roots blocking the drain and then flushed things through. 5 star service at a very reasonable price.

Top notch, friendly service! Paul came over less than an hour after calling. He unblocked the loo, investigated the issue and gave some very helpful advice all for a reasonable price. Could not recommend highly enough!

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul and his son today when they came out to fix a horrible problem with our drains. Previously, when the problem occured, my husband called metro-rod, they came out, didn't fix the problem and charged us £250 for the pleasure, they then sent a quote of an additional £400 in order to fix the problem... At this point I searched for a local company and found Norwich drain services. We had a plunger rod stuck in the crevice of the pipe and it looked impossible to budge. The tenacity of these gents is admirable, they would not give up, they helped me learn and understand the complexity of the drain system in our Victorian property. They solved the problem and another problem and their fee was less than we had originally paid to metro rod. They are friendly, personable, professional, and I couldn't rate them any higher. I hope we don't have further problems with our drains, but if we do, there's only one number I'll call. While they were working I called them legend's and hero's, and I firmly stand by those words. Id actually rename the company to Norwich Drain Legends Thank you both soooooooooo much!

I didnt have the pleasure of using this company as when I spoke to Paul on the phone he was very professional even though he wouldn't be getting money from me as turns out it was an issue for Anglian water. He was very helpful and spent some time on the phone with me making me feel like I was no bother. I will defo keep your company in mind it people like you we need not the big companies who charge you alot and want to spend as little time to speak to you. Thank you Paul.

This is a proper good company. Responded to a sensitive situation with empathy and a real care. Came as soon as they could, and then this dad and son team set to work. Can't fault them, or their approach. Thank you so much for your approach and care! When others had let us down over 4 days (esp. Anglian Water and their sub contractors (MRN who bailed on a sensitive job and handed the job back to AW), this company stepped up. THANK YOU P and A. Will recommend you always going forwards.
