Daniel was asked to look at some drains for a buyer of ours and was very thorough, clean, and extremely informative. Would recommend him in the future.

Central Drains – Daniel and Alfie did an excellent job of quickly identifying the “root” of the issue. They accurately located the willow tree root ingress in the clay drainage line using CCTV, then cleared it. They employed a combination of high-speed milling (both cutting and chain methods) along with high-pressure water jetting to clear the line and restore full flow. Thank you for a job well done!

Amazing service, 10/10. I messaged in the morning and the problem was fixed the same day. Communications was great and the guys that turned up were really friendly and informative. No hidden costs, or call out fees, what was quoted was how much it was! I would recommend to anyone and will use again if I have any future problems!

Excellent service, quick response and high professionalism. From a mid morning phone request to clearing the offending blockage took less than four hours. Daniel and partner explained what was needed, undertook the work in a clean and efficient way, fully tested their result and cleaned up at the end, leaving the patio as they had found it. The work was undertaken within the previously agreed fixed price and a full report given of work done and advised work needed to prevent further problems. Central Drains will not disappoint and can be highly recommended.

FANTASTIC! The team were brilliant all the way through the process. From the time they arrived on site until they left everything was professional but also approachable. Any questions I had about any aspect of the job they were doing were answered simply but detailed. Every step along the way they kept me posted and made sure I was happy with the progress and understood the decision making behind it. By the time they left you would not have known I had had any work done. The back garden was clean and tidy and they even washed the drive down to remove any debris they may have tread across it. Top quality team, top quality business. Highly recommended!!

Phoned in the morning about my blocked toilet could they come out in the afternoon, yes able to come out that day. Phoned me at 1 O'clock said be there in an hour. Arrived on time. Did a marvellous job in less than 20 mins everything was good again. Excellent ... Explained everything very happy with the job.😊👌

Excellent service from Daniel and team - used Central Drains for my initial drain survey during the house buying process. They also completed the drain repair works once the house purchase completed. Daniel visited the property to explain the proposed works before any money changed hands. Daniel also supported with questions and queries I had about the general drainage systems plus toilet issues. Overall a fantastic quality of service, delivered in a timely and friendly manner.
