Had to get a shower replaced in a hurry as it was creating a lovely water feature, rang Neal and he was there the next week fitting it all for me, very speedy did a wonderful job it looks fabulous always use for my plumbing mishaps ☺️

Neal came to investigate a longstanding problem with our drive flooding. Although he didn't actually do the job his advice and support was invaluable, noting that our issue was actually Severn Trent's responsibility to fix and then arranging a visit through one of his contacts. Thank you so much for your support with a challenging issue.

Neal you're a gem.. Neal has been doing plumbing at my house and restaurant for last few years and has always been excellent. When ever I had an issue I just pick my phone and message him and he always responds, which is often rare with some professionals. Recently I have had so many issues at my restaurant with everything going wrong at the same time. Leaking sink and taps, broken toilet and hot water tank and worst of all leaking water pipe. It was such a nightmare the whole deal. I have no words to describe how committed Neal was and how much support he gave me through this ordeal. Thank you Neal and Michelle..xx
