Cov-Rod

We had a drain survey done, very good communication, fast response. Great service all round. UPDATE May 2026 - Pleased to say we had another very positive experience a couple of years after our first interaction. We had a blocked drain so called on cov-rod. They came fast, sorted it quickly, and gave us advice on how to stop it happening again. Exactly the level of service you want when the drain is overflowing!

Helped me with my blocked drain from my kitchen sink. Gave me free advice over Christmas, but as I still had an issue he got someone out to resolve it on a Sunday in the Christmas holidays for a very reasonable cost.

One of the best companies I encountered. Gino has done a cctv drainage report for us and not only he was extremely fast (had the report via email at 7AM the next morning!!!) but also extremely polite and professional. I hate to leave bad reviews. I have an emergency in my business with blocked drains and toilets. My emergency was treated with a fake promise and completely avoiding my messages to call. I’m actually hurt as I’m a new business and my situation is really bad. I hope you guys manage peoples expectations better in the future. Simply honour what you say or give a courtesy call. Waited all day and with continuous rain my issue will only get worse.
