Brighton-based CSG Chailey earns consistent praise for its dependable routine when emptying septic tanks and handling associated waste. Several accounts note that the operator manages the task seamlessly during a customer's absence, which proves a considerable help. Punctuality and clear communication before each visit come up often: proposed dates are shared in advance, bookings are arranged with minimal delay, and work is carried out without disruption to the household.

Several accounts highlight the courteous, friendly and efficient staff, singling out Mick, the driver and collector, and Jack, who emptied a tank and was described as smiley and helpful. Tidiness and respect for the property are emphasised, particularly where a tank sits within a planted area, and operatives are said to give the tank a spray clean rather than the occasional rinse.

Customers characterise the pricing as competitive and the overall service as professional and competent, covering septic tank emptying, waste collection and sewage disposal. A recurring theme is the ease of dealing with the team from first contact through to the finished job. The company's work also extends to waste water and sewage treatment, oil recycling and disposal, and broader waste management, according to the services listed. The combination of reliable scheduling and considerate operatives leaves customers feeling well looked after.
